  CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

The Ropeworks Customer Satisfaction Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with any product you have purchased from Ropeworks, simply request a return authorization within thirty (30) days from invoice date and we will issue you a full credit towards a replacement product. We will ship your replacement immediately. No restock fees, no hassles, just great customer service.

The Ropeworks Quality Guarantee
Ropeworks guarantees all products we sell, regardless of vendor, against any faults in materials or manufacture for one full year. Sorry, this guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

How to Return a Product

  1. Request a return authorization (RA) from our customer service department by email or phone.
  2. Please give us your customer number, invoice number, product you are returning, and reason for return. Request a replacement as appropriate.
  3. Collect all original packaging and components and ship to Ropeworks. Please write your RA# on the shipping label and a copy of your invoice.
  4. If your return is due to our error or a quality defect, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and will ship your replacement at no charge.
