General Terms
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep the information we provide current and accurate, but please be warned that errors do occur.
Back-orders and Shipping
All in-stock products will ship within 24 hours. If your order includes an out-of-stock product, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Unless otherwise requested, the “in-stock” items will ship immediately and the back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. You may receive multiple invoices because you will not be charged for items until they are shipped. To expedite your order and lower transportation costs, part of your order may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer.
Please report any damage incurred in transit and incorrect or missing items to Ropeworks™ within 10 business days of receipt.

Working at height is inherently dangerous. Work at height requires proper training, appropriate supervision, and routine inspection and maintenance of equipment. The user assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the use of this equipment. We will not be liable for any damages, including personal injury or fatality, or losses of any kind resulting from the use of the equipment purchased from Ropeworks™. Work safely!
