Rope Access Training
Ropeworks successfully trains more candidates to national and international rope access standards than any other organization in North America. Our courses are the first and only to offer both IRATA and SPRAT certification. Ropeworks training carries weight with employers because it goes above and beyond the standards, requiring a high degree of competence and professionalism from every successful candidate. All Ropeworks rope access candidates will receive a current copy of the SPRAT Safe Practices and Certification Requirments or the IRATA International Code of Practice and General Requirements with their course materials.

Rope Access I - This 5-day course prepares candidates to work safely in a variety of industrial environments under appropriate supervision while preparing candidates for certification to Level I.

Rope Access II - This 5-day course focuses on advanced rigging and rescue skills required of a Lead Technician while preparing candidates for certification to Level II.

Rope Access III – The 5-day Level III course focuses on challenging rescues, team leadership, and managing job site safety and documentation while preparing candidates for certification to Level III.

Advanced Rope Access & Rescue – This 4-day course focuses on sharpening and refreshing the advanced rope access and rescue skills needed by rope access technicians. The course does not offer certification, but meets many employers and agencies requirements for annual rescue and refresher training.

Rope Access Refresher – A 2-day course offered as a refresher of rope access and rescue skills, meeting CalOSHA requirements for annual refresher training.
