Davide Sartoni brings to Ropeworks over 12 years of experience working and training at height in a variety of settings. As a rope access technician, he has extensive experience working in the wind industry on numerous projects. His passion for training is fueled by his desire to share knowledge and promote learning. When he is not working, Davide enjoys rock climbing, skiing, and stand up paddleboarding.

Since joining the team in 2007, Reuben has has mastered every aspect of the Ropeworks training program. Clients often request him by name months in advance, so if you find yourself in one of Reuben’s courses, consider yourself for fortunate. His expertise in industrial rope access evolved from a passion for recreational climbing. When not at work, Reuben is usually traveling, rock climbing, skiing or at home relaxing and roasting coffee in Truckee, California.

Paul Adams brings to the Ropeworks instructor team 20 plus years of working and teaching at height. Before becoming IRATA and SPRAT level 3 certified, he was an AMGA certified rock guide with 12 years of guiding experience. His enthusiasm for sharing his knowledge and experience in the recreation realm has been a positive asset to the industrial world of Rope Access focusing on safety and high quality. When not instructing he enjoys spending time in the mountains near his home in Truckee, CA with family and friends.

Clay brings to Ropeworks over a decade of experience working at height. With a diverse background including high angle rescue, entertainment rigging, and thousands of rope access field and instruction hours, he brings a unique skill set and positive attitude to every course. You can find him on his day off chasing rocks, waves, and burritos.
Kristin LeeRopeworks InstructorInstructor, IRATA & SPRAT III
Kristin brings to Ropeworks a diverse teaching background and broad range of field experience with a determination to help others hone new or difficult skills. Her flexible teaching style encourages critical thinking while promoting a safe and comfortable learning environment. Although she enjoys the usual range of outdoor recreational pursuits, these often become incidental to her constant quest for delicious snacks.
